At Puzzoo, we respect your right to privacy and we understand your desire to protect your personal information. The policy below documents what personal information may be gathered, tracked, or used.

Customers who buy through Puzzoo are shopping on a secure server, which encrypts all of the customer's personal information, including name, address, and credit card number. Encryption ensures that no one can access, view, or use personal information in an unauthorized manner. Additionally, our e-commerce site uses SSL, to encrypt the transaction data being sent to the server, and our commerce database is firewall protected - there is no direct access to the database from the outside.
For any email that Puzzoo may send for order confirmation, customer service, or special offers, a clear opt-out option is available.

Puzzoo will never rent or sell our customer's and client's information to third parties.
Note: Puzzoo does not control how our partners, such as advertisers, use their customers' information. Please refer to any individual partner sites for their privacy statements.

At Puzzoo, we believe in permission-based email marketing. That's why:
- every order placed with Puzzoo provides the customer with the opportunity to notify us whether or not they would like to receive future information, special offers, and communications via email.
- every email served by Puzzoo on behalf of our clients contains an opportunity for the customer to decline future communications.
- client-specific and network-wide suppression files are maintained to ensure that only those customers interested in receiving communications do so.
- at any time, 24 hours a day and seven days a week, a customer may contact Puzzoo via email at Privacy Policy Contact and ask to be removed from future emails.

We request personal information when you place an order, answer a survey, enter a contest, correspond with us, or engage in certain other activities on our website. For example:
- If you submit an on-line order with us, we will ask you for information necessary to complete the transaction, such as your name, address, and credit card number.
- If you request technical support online, we will ask you for information necessary to provide that support, including your order number, your name, address, and information about your computer hardware, software, and the nature of the problem you are experiencing.

You make the decision whether to proceed with any activity that requests personal information. If you do not wish to provide the requested information, however, you may not be able to complete the transaction.

"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. Puzzoo's cookies are used only to identify the customer, not to identify any specific customer traits. This allows us to maintain consistency in the shopping basket and enable a more pleasant shopping experience.

Some technical information is collected from your computer's Web browser to enhance your experience on our site and may include your IP address, operating system, Web browser software (i.e., Netscape Navigator or Internet Explorer), screen resolution, and referrer Web site. Puzzoo.com collects the IP addresses used to access our service and the dates and times of access. This information is used to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Puzzoo visitors can request that an email with a Puzzoo link be sent to another person. When you elect to do this, you will be required to enter your e-mail address and your friend's e-mail address. This will generate a pre-formatted one-time e-mail message inviting them to visit the Puzzoo site, and also a link to give them an option to opt-out of receiving future offers.

Puzzoo respects the privacy of parents and children. Puzzoo assumes products purchased through credit card means are purchased by adults. If a parent believes that his or her child has submitted personal information to Puzzoo, he or she can contact us via email at Privacy Policy Contact or postal mail as listed below. Puzzoo will promptly delete the submitted information upon learning that it relates to a child. Please note that it is possible that some of this information may remain in back-up archives for a time after Puzzoo deletes the information from its active database.

Puzzoo believes that parents should supervise their children's online activities and consider using parental control tools available from online services and software manufacturers that help provide a kid-friendly online environment. These tools can also prevent children from otherwise disclosing online their name, address, and other personal information without parental permission.

Also in the interest of protecting our children, Puzzoo does not support a chat room for users of our website. Any comments regarding our games or website may be submitted to comments@puzzoo.com.
