IMPORTANT! READ CAREFULLY: This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Puzzoo, Inc. for the software product which includes computer software and media ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT").

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

This SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT associated with this license is the property of Puzzoo, Inc. and is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.

COPYRIGHT:
All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, images, media, programming and algorithms, and any copies thereof are owned by Zeki Orak, Puzzoo Inc. All title and intellectual property rights in and to the content which may be accessed through use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is the property of Zeki Orak, Puzzoo, Inc. and is protected by applicable copyright, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property laws and treaties. This EULA grants you no rights to such content.

LICENSE AND WARRANTY;
The software which accompanies this license (the "Software Product") is the property of Puzzoo, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. The software product is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, regarding the operation of the software product, including warranties of merchantability or its fitness for use for any particular purpose. By installing the software product, you agree to accept all liability regarding its use or misuse.

This license grants you certain rights and obligations as follows:

YOU MAY:
(i) install the Software Product on up to two computers for personal use;

(ii) Make one copy of the Software to floppy disk, or other means as appropriate for the purpose of backup.

YOU MUST:
(i) maintain all copyright notices on all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

(ii) comply with all applicable laws regarding the use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

YOU MAY NOT:
(i) make more than two copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT

(ii) sell, resell, transfer, sublicense, rent, lease or lend any portion of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT;

(iii) distribute copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT to third parties.

(iv) translate, modify, copy, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, make any attempt to discover the source code of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, or create derivative works from the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

Any reproduction or redistribution of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT not in accordance with this EULA is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, COPYING OR REPRODUCTION OF THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT TO ANY SERVER OR LOCATION FOR FURTHER REPRODUCTION OR REDISTRIBUTION IS EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED.

NO WARRANTY:
ANY USE OF THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. The software product is provided for personal use only. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Puzzoo,Inc. And its suppliers disclaim all warranties and conditions, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement.

DISCLAIMER OF DAMAGES:
Regardless of whether any remedy set forth herein fails of its essential purpose, in no event will Puzzoo, Inc. be liable to you for any special, consequential, indirect or similar damages, including any lost profits or lost data arising out of the use or inability to use the software.

Some states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

IN NO CASE SHALL PUZZOO'S LIABILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE FOR THE SOFTWARE. The disclaimers and limitations set forth above will apply regardless of whether you accept the Software EULA.

Export Rules.
You agree that the Software will not be shipped, transferred or exported into any country or used in any manner prohibited by the United States Export Administration Act or any other export laws, restrictions or regulations (collectively the "Export Laws"). In addition, if the Software is identified as export controlled items under the Export Laws, you represent and warrant that you are not a citizen, or otherwise located within, an embargoed nation (including without limitation Iran, Iraq, Syria, Sudan, Libya, Cuba, North Korea, and Serbia) and that you are not otherwise prohibited under the Export Laws from receiving the Software. All rights to Use the Software are granted on condition that such rights are forfeited if you fail to comply with the terms of this Agreement.

GENERAL:
This program is owned by Puzzoo, Inc., and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of California. This Agreement may only be modified by a license addendum which may accompany this license or by a written document which has been signed by both you and Puzzoo, Inc,.
